Legal Defenses for Possession, Sales, or Trafficking Heroin

If your Fourth Amendment Right was violated, then it is likely your charges will be dismissed.

If your Criminal Defense Attorney can prove the heroin wasn’t yours, then your charges may be dismissed.

A Crime Lab Analysis could prove the substance found in your possession wasn’t heroin, after all.

If the proper protocol was not followed to secure the evidence, then your case could be dismissed.

If you were coerced by law enforcement to commit a crime you may not have otherwise committed, then you may have a strong defense.

While planting is often difficult to prove, a strong Criminal Defense Attorney can call witnesses to come to your defense and prove you innocent.

Have you been legally accused of possession, sales or trafficking of heroin? If you have been arrested or charged, it is essential to obtain legal council for help.
